INDEPENDENT EVENT PROFESSIONALS

Show clients what you can contribute

Hosts, musicians, photographers, planners and technical specialists need profiles that answer specific client questions. The directory presents independent services; it is not a job vacancy and does not guarantee bookings. Start with work you can deliver yourself or with a clearly identified team.

In this article 4 sections
01 /

Build a first offer without invented experience

Describe your role, suitable occasions and deliverables. If you have few commercial projects, show your own practice or staged work with an honest caption. Use portfolio material you have rights to publish. Offer several relevant services in one profile, explaining the specialisation and scope of each.

02 /

Explain rates, dates and new working areas

Give a currency, pricing unit, duration and inclusions. Separate travel, preparation and overtime. For another city or country, state your base, languages and travel terms. Discuss seasonal work, weekends and open dates against a current schedule rather than implying availability before checking.

03 /

Turn an enquiry into a usable brief

Clarify the date, venue, audience and task before a final quote. Prepare an understandable description in the language used by international clients. Agencies, restaurants and hotels need programme details, technical requirements and recurring-booking conditions. You agree the client relationship and terms directly.

04 /

Build trust with collaborators and clients

Find equipment, venues and complementary professionals in the same directory. Agree who is responsible for the combined service. After completed work, invite a genuine review. Do not invent clients or recommendations, and obtain permission before publishing private messages.
