Reasons for reporting
You can report fraud, someone else’s portfolio, impersonation, inaccurate information, prohibited services, infringement of rights, threats or spam. Provide the profile or material link, specific facts and supporting links where available. Do not include unnecessary personal data.
Submission and registration
After sign-in, the form submits a report to the server. Confirmation of saving and an enquiry number mean that it was registered in the system; a preview, button press or network error alone do not confirm this. Authorised administrators review the information received. For data or consent-withdrawal requests, or if sign-in is unavailable, you can email gilvem.events@gmail.com. Sending through your email application is a separate action.
Assessment of a report
Assessment considers the material, context, supporting information and, where needed, the owner’s explanation. A report is not automatically proven; the number of reports does not replace assessment of the facts. Acknowledging a risk warning is not grounds to ignore a violation. Registration does not mean assessment is complete.
Measures and review history
Access to a disputed offer may be restricted temporarily during assessment. Confirmed violations are to be removed and violators may be blocked in proportion to the circumstances and applicable law. A history of intake, assessment, measures and decisions must be retained, with access and retention limited to what is necessary.
Notification and appeals
For reconsideration, identify the material or enquiry number, the stated reason and any overlooked facts or evidence. An appeal does not automatically restore a profile; a report does not automatically penalise its owner. An explanation and a way to raise further questions are provided according to the circumstances and applicable duties.
Immediate danger
If there is an immediate threat to life, contact local emergency services. Do not distribute unlawful images, exploitation material or unnecessary copies of personal data; provide an available link and the necessary facts. Such reports require priority assessment in line with applicable duties.
