A professional space
List only services related to organising events. Categories, specialities, experience and geography must describe your work accurately. State your role in portfolio projects: being on a team does not mean you created all of its work. Do not fabricate reviews or qualifications. Providers confirm their identity and authority, accurate descriptions, experience and qualifications, actual participation in portfolio work, material rights, lawful offers and required permissions.
Photos, descriptions and links
Use your own materials or materials covered by the necessary permissions. Respect the rights of authors and people depicted. Do not impersonate others, appropriate portfolios or post third-party contacts without a lawful basis. The rules also apply to the content of external links included in a profile.
Prohibited offers
Paid sexual services, prostitution, sexual escort services and arranging such services, as well as pornographic content, are prohibited. Sexual exploitation material, particularly involving minors, coercion or human trafficking, is prohibited. Drugs, prohibited substances, weapons, ammunition and explosives may not be offered.
Safety and respect
Fraud, forged documents, stolen data, pyramid schemes and unlawful services are not allowed. Threats, blackmail, incitement to violence, terrorist organisation material, bullying and unlawful disclosure of personal data are prohibited. Do not infringe copyright, image rights or privacy, send spam, harvest contacts, sell databases or evade restrictions. Other unlawful offers and offers unrelated to event services are also prohibited.
Stage performances and special effects
Lawful dance, costume and stage performances are assessed by their content and safety requirements. They are not automatically treated as prohibited services. Professional special effects are considered separately from the prohibited sale of weapons and explosives. Specialists are responsible for the permissions, qualifications and safe delivery required for their service.
Reviewing materials
New profiles and significant changes are submitted for review. A preview or “In review” status does not mean a listing is public. Authorised administrators decide publication and restrictions. Reviewing content does not automatically verify identity, qualifications or service quality. Neither a single word nor the number of reports alone establishes a violation.
Restrictions and review of decisions
Access to potentially unlawful or dangerous content may be restricted temporarily while it is assessed. Confirmed violations may lead to rejection or removal of materials; serious or repeated violations may lead to blocking without a prior warning. Owners receive a reason and may request reconsideration when permitted by law. Restrictions should reflect the circumstances; liability is determined by law.
Transport and sailing programmes
Providers must accurately state the offer type, base, capacity, specifications, driver or crew arrangements, limitations and service conditions. A yacht’s day-guest capacity and sleeping berths must be shown separately. Seasonal rates should state the period, currency, pricing unit, inclusions and additional expenses. Regatta organisers describe the programme, participant requirements and their role; a listing does not verify the operator or its permissions. Do not present an illustration as a photograph of a particular real vehicle or vessel.
Client enquiries
When selecting independently, the client confirms:
A good-faith purpose for making contact.
No use of contacts for spam, fraud, threats, harassment or unlawful disclosure of data.
Independent agreement of the contract and payment terms with the selected provider.
The risk warning does not waive lawful rights. Each party is responsible for its own violations under the law. Catalogue terms do not release the agency from obligations for events it organises itself.
