For an outdoor venue, we discuss an alternative space and the conditions for changing the programme in advance.

How planning works
We begin with your story, destination and guest list. We then agree the venue, creative concept, team, estimate and schedule. Legal marriage registration is discussed separately from celebration planning.
How the budget is calculated
The estimate depends on destination, date, guests, venue, hospitality, styling, entertainment and travel. Agency work, supplier services and additional expenses are identified separately; changes are agreed before orders.
