Build the team your project needs

Once a concept is approved, the search becomes specific: a lighting operator in another city, a guest coordinator or a production crew. The directory helps you compare independent suppliers. You retain project management and agree scope, price and responsibilities directly with each provider.

Turn the brief into a work package

Replace “we need technical support” with a site plan, audience details, connection points and a schedule for load-in, checks and removal. Separate equipment hire from an operator’s work and a managed service. State who supplies each item and who runs it during the programme.

  • Date each brief and share the current version.
  • Name the site lead and technical contact.

Map the local dependencies

In a new city, check travel, unloading, passes, storage and working languages. Match supplier timings to venue access. Where a task needs qualifications or permissions, request the relevant information from the supplier; a listing does not replace those checks. Obtain permission before sharing confidential client material.

Agree changes before load-in

Record the crew, deliverables, handover points and overtime process. Prepare urgent contact details and criteria for an acceptable replacement. Search related categories for collaborators, then confirm availability and participation individually. After delivery, leave a specific review about the work while protecting your client’s confidential information.
