VENUE OWNERS

Help planners understand your space

Restaurants, conference halls, studios, villas and gardens are assessed differently. A venue profile should explain working conditions as well as interiors. For a hotel, describe its event space: presenting a venue in the directory does not mean selling accommodation or hotel rooms.

Show how the space can be used

State capacity by layout, dimensions, access, facilities and sound limits. Add photographs and plans you have permission to publish. A new venue can use an honest walkthrough to support first enquiries; invented events are unnecessary. Describe separate rooms and additional services clearly.

02 /

Explain pricing and seasonal conditions

Separate hire, minimum spend, staff, equipment, cleaning and extra hours. Give a currency and pricing period. Explain weekday, weekend and seasonal differences. Confirm requested dates against your current calendar. A profile presents an offer; it does not guarantee occupancy or bookings.

03 /

Prepare for local and international enquiries

For new markets or languages, explain the route, viewing process and responsible contact. Ask about format, numbers, dates and setup time in the first enquiry. Agencies need loading details, external catering terms and technical limits. You agree bookings and conditions directly with the organiser.

Build partnerships through actual work

Use the directory to find decorators, technical professionals and services for your own events. Agree responsibilities and image use before working together. After a completed event, ask for a genuine review of the space and service rather than manufacturing ratings or promising identical outcomes.
