HIRE & TECHNICAL COMPANIES

Make hire and service scopes clear

Organisers need to distinguish equipment hire, an individual technician and a fully managed event service. Present them through a profile with separate scopes. This applies to sound, lighting, screens, furniture, tents, linen, tableware, sets and props, without promises of guaranteed bookings.

Describe what you actually supply

State quantities, specifications, condition and included accessories for each package. Use your own images and authorised examples. An accurate overview is useful for first enquiries without borrowing someone else’s projects. Offer several relevant services in one profile, keeping inventory and labour clearly separated.

02 /

Price the whole hire cycle

Give a currency and period: day, shift, event or another defined unit. Separate delivery, installation, operator, removal and overtime. Explain return, condition and cancellation arrangements. Check seasonal and weekend dates against actual stock and schedules, rather than implying a model is always available.

03 /

Prepare the practical handover

Ask for the address, floor, vehicle access, power and loading times. For new cities and international customers, describe delivery areas and instruction languages. Supply relevant qualification or permission details for the work involved. Agencies, restaurants and hotels need a technical brief and an on-shift contact.

Find partners and learn from delivery

Use the shared directory to find installers, designers, venues and transport, then align schedules. After completed work, invite genuine feedback on completeness, timing and support. Avoid invented case studies and update the offer whenever inventory, crew or conditions change.
