BRANDS, MARKETING & PR TEAMS

Let guests experience your idea

A store opening, product presentation and client evening need a clear answer: what should guests understand, try or discuss? That answer shapes the programme, space and crew. Keep event objectives separate from broader advertising expectations that a single gathering cannot substantiate.

Walk the visitor journey

Map arrival, welcome, product discovery, demonstration, questions and the next step. In a shopping centre or shared outdoor space, account for passers-by and neighbouring areas. Avoid placing registration queues across the route used by other visitors.

  • Check sightlines and speech clarity at the demonstration.
  • Provide clear signs and a place to wait.

Bring production into one schedule

Coordinate artwork, equipment, lighting, video, branded elements and assembly times. Exhibition stands, interactive installations and streaming each need a brief and checks. Appoint someone to approve final assets and avoid conflicting versions. Confirm site access and required approvals before ordering production.

Measure a specific guest action

Choose a few useful measures, such as demonstration participation, voluntary enquiries or a short feedback question. Agree photography and the use of guest contact details separately. Send GILVEM an agency planning enquiry, or assemble independent production, technical, design and staffing providers through the directory. Their terms are agreed directly with you.
