01 / YOUR OCCASION

Children’s celebrations

A celebration where a child feels like the main character and parents can enjoy being there. We choose the theme and pace around the children’s ages and interests, balance activity with rest and discuss individual needs beforehand.

More about the format

Beautiful styling supports the play, rather than taking its place.

MOOD & FORMAT

Play. Explore. Be surprised.

01 /

A birthday story

An adventure inspired by the birthday child, with games, cake and time for friends to play together.

02 /

A playful adventure

A quest, creative challenges or team discoveries, guided by an age-appropriate host.

03 /

A family occasion

A shared celebration with a children’s programme, a quieter area and space for parents to connect.

A fictional girl, mother and grandfather laugh beside a birthday cake.
02 / CONSIDERED IN EVERY DETAIL

Care behind every playful moment.

  • An idea and programme suited to the children’s ages
  • Venue selection and thoughtful activity zones
  • Hosts and specialist children’s entertainers
  • Age-appropriate props and considered styling
  • Menu planning and dietary arrangements
  • Guest welcome, timing and event coordination
03 / FROM FIRST IDEA TO THE OCCASION

Thoughtfully.
Step by step. Together.

01

Get to know their world

We ask about age, interests, guests and any particular needs.

02

Build the adventure

We agree the programme, venue, team, menu and parents’ participation.

03

Look after the pace

We coordinate the day with space for both play and rest.

BEFORE WE TALK

A few
good questions.

Which ages is the programme suitable for?

We design for the specific group. Ages, group size and adult participation are discussed before activities are selected.

Can you accommodate allergies or dietary requirements?

Yes. We gather the relevant wishes from the client and agree arrangements with the venue and caterer.

Can children attend without their parents?

Adult supervision and responsibilities must be agreed separately. An entertainer does not automatically replace a parent or legal guardian’s supervision.

Before we plan the details

Useful questions about the scope, preparation and provider terms.

Who this format suits

For parents choosing a celebration around their child’s age and interests. We discuss the group, adult participation and a comfortable programme pace beforehand.

How planning works

We establish the theme and ages, then consider venues and activities. Timing, breaks, food and the responsibilities of parents and providers are agreed before the day.

How the budget is calculated

The estimate considers the group size and ages, setting, duration, hosts, activity materials, styling and food. Child supervision arrangements and any participation limits are agreed separately rather than assumed.

What to include in your enquiry

  • The child’s age and numbers of children and adults.
  • Interests, themes and suitable activities.
  • Allergies, food and accessibility requirements.
  • Location, duration and parental involvement.
